Travel Grants for Swedish companies participating in both Japan and Korea

The deadline has already closed on February 17th

Travel grants from Vinnova have been secured for the Nordic Health Summit 2026 in Japan and Korea, taking place from 23–30 April. Please note that this grant is available only to Swedish SMEs participating in both markets.

Vinnova's vision is for Sweden to be a globally leading research and innovation country. By reimbursing costs incurred in connection with international travel, we contribute to increased mobility and international cooperation. We address Swedish actors, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), who will travel outside Sweden to meet future partners or participate in meetings or conferences designated by Vinnova that are within our interest and area of operation.

The applicant should express interest in the travel grant by February 17 at 17:00 CET. Late expressions of interest may be discarded.

Applicants will receive a decision directly from Vinnova after the deadline has passed, indicating whether they have been approved for the travel grant or not. Please check the survey details and align with those.

Definition of an SME:

According to EU's definition of SMEs, it is a company that must have fewer than 250 employees and have an annual turnover not exceeding EUR 50 million and/or a balance sheet not exceeding EUR 43 million.
