Travel Grants for Swedish companies participating in both Japan and Korea


Travel grants from Vinnova have been secured for the Nordic Health Summit 2026 in Japan and Korea, taking place from 23–30 April. Please note that this grant is available only to Swedish SMEs participating in both markets.

Vinnova's vision is for Sweden to be a globally leading research and innovation country. By reimbursing costs incurred in connection with international travel, we contribute to increased mobility and international cooperation. We address Swedish actors, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), who will travel outside Sweden to meet future partners or participate in meetings or conferences designated by Vinnova that are within our interest and area of operation.

Vinnova's contribution is a maximum of SEK 25,000 for trips outside Europe.  The number of travel grants are limited, and selection may be made in competition.

The applicants will receive a decision from Vinnova on February 20, whether they have been approved for the travel grant or not. Approved companies will receive application details asap. This decision will not be appealable.

Definition of an SME: 

According to EU's definition of SMEs, it is a company that must have fewer than 250 employees and have an annual turnover not exceeding EUR 50 million and/or a balance sheet not exceeding EUR 43 million.
