TERMS OF SERVICE – NORDIC HEALTH SUMMIT 2026

  • These terms of service (“Terms”) are the contract between you and Nordic Health Summit 2026, an event managed by Business Sweden – the Swedish Trade & Invest Council (“the Organisers”). These Terms apply when you use our website, the partnering platform, and all related tools, systems, and documentation required for the preparation and delivery of the event taking place 23–30 April 2026 (collectively, the “Services”). 

    In these Terms, “you” refers to the individual using the Services or, if applicable, the company or organisation you represent.

1. TYPE OF PARTICIPATION

  • The Organisers will review all registrations to ensure the correct participation type has been selected and reserve the right to reassign or reject registration categories. The Organisers may decline participants who are not relevant to the purpose of the event.

    General Admission – Private SME Company

    Cost of Service: EUR 1,170 (including a 585 EUR SME discount for companies from Sweden, Norway, and Finland).
    Includes:

    • Use of Services
    • Event access
    • Access to partnering database and meeting requests
    • Onsite 1:1 meetings
    • Luncheon
    • Admission for 1 participant

    Cancellations are strictly nonrefundable.

    General Admission – Public (Listed) Company

    Public companies invited via partners may be invoiced separately.
    For all participants, the norefund policy applies.

    Investor / Business Developer / Innovation Scout

    Cost of Service: Free of charge.
    Includes:

    • Use of Services
    • Event participation
    • Access to partnering database
    • Requesting 1:1 meetings
    • Luncheon
    • Admission for 1 participant (additional participants billed at General Admission rate)

    Cancellations are strictly nonrefundable.

    Business Service Provider

    Cost of Service: EUR 2,940.
    Includes:

    • Use of Services
    • Event participation
    • Access to partnering platform
    • Meeting requests and meetings at event
    • Luncheon
    • Admission for 1–2 participants (additional participants billed at General Admission rate)

    A maximum of 10 Business Service Providers may be accepted.

    Cancellations are strictly nonrefundable.

    Partnership / Sponsorship

    Conditions and pricing are agreed separately.
    Includes:

    • Use of Services
    • Event participation
    • Partnering database access
    • 1:1 meeting requests and sessions
    • Luncheon
    • A participant quota defined in each agreement
    • Any additional benefits defined in the Partnership/Sponsorship Agreement

    Cancellations are strictly nonrefundable unless otherwise explicitly stated in the agreement.

2. PAYMENT & INVOICING

  • Payment must be completed to finalise registration and gain access to the Services.
    Payment is made online via credit card through the service provider Stripe. In exceptional cases, the Organisers may allow invoicing.

    VAT (25% Swedish VAT)
    All companies must provide:

    • Company name
    • Company address
    • VAT number

    VAT handling:

    • Swedish companies Swedish VAT applied
    • EU companies Reverse charge applies (0% VAT)
    • NonEU companies without a VAT number Swedish VAT applied
    • Private individuals Swedish VAT applied

    Invoices are available for download in the participant’s account after payment.
