Nordic Health Summit 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nordic Health Summit 2026, an event organised by Business Sweden, the Swedish Trade and Invest Council ("the Organisers").
The Terms apply to your use of the Nordic Health Summit website, the partnering and matchmaking platform, and all related tools, systems, and documentation used for the preparation and delivery of Nordic Health Summit 2026, taking place 23–30 April 2026 (the "Services").
In these Terms, "you" refers to the individual participating in the event or the organisation you represent.
1. Participation
Nordic Health Summit 2026 offers one standard participation type for companies and organisations, as well as Partnership or Sponsorship participation agreed separately.
All registrations are subject to review by the Organisers. The Organisers reserve the right to reject registrations that are not considered relevant to the purpose of the event.
2. Standard Participation
Standard participation in Nordic Health Summit 2026 includes access to the event program as defined by the Organisers and may include:
- Activities in Japan and/or South Korea
- Matchmaking platform access
- One-to-one meetings
- Seminars and conferences
- Networking sessions and receptions
- Site visits and market entry activities
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, participation does not include travel, accommodation, visas, meals outside the official program, or other personal expenses.
The program, speakers, and locations are subject to change.
Participation does not guarantee meetings or business outcomes.
3. Partnership or Sponsorship
Partnership or Sponsorship participation is governed by a separate agreement defining scope, benefits, and deliverables. In case of conflict, that agreement prevails.
4. Fees, Payment, and Invoicing
Fees are defined in registration or agreements. Payment confirms participation.
Payment is typically by credit card. Invoicing may be granted at the Organisers’ discretion.
VAT
- Swedish VAT (25%) applies where required
- VAT follows Swedish and EU regulations
Invoices are issued by Business Sweden.
5. Cancellation Policy
All fees are non-refundable.
No-shows may incur additional costs.
Changes to the program, speakers, schedule, locations, format, or meeting availability do not entitle participants to a refund.

Participant profiles and contact details may be visible within the official partnering platform and shared with relevant partners for event purposes.
8. Photos and Recordings
By participating, you acknowledge that photos and recordings may be used for communication and promotion.
9. Participant Conduct
Participants must behave professionally and follow organiser and venue instructions.
The Organisers may remove participants without refund if necessary.
10. Travel and Compliance
Participants are responsible for visas, travel documents, insurance, and compliance with local laws.
